While most services will quote you a price for a 15-20 minute visit, The Dog Buddy does not  put limits on the length of a visit.  Depending on the activity level of your pet for that day a  visit may be 20-30 minutes or it may run for an hour. 

If you request a walk and weather conditions permit, we certainly can go for a walk.  There is  no extra charge for walks. 

First visit will be at 8:00 AM. 

Night visits can be as late as 9:00-9:30 PM. 

Yes!  The Dog Buddy will take care of everything - mail, packages, flyers, water plants and more. 

Yes!  The Dog Buddy is very experienced in giving all types of meds, including shots. 

There is NO extra fee for holidays (but we tend to book up very quickly). 

The Dog Buddy feels it is very important to communicate with owners while away.  You will get updates and pictures during your trip. 

The Dog Buddy is focused on the health and well being of your pet.  My dog or others would be a distraction and therefore no other fur babies will be invited along for the visits. 

Yes! The Dog Buddy has been certified in Doggie CPR and Emergency First Aid. 

Your pets well being is of utmost concern!  In the event of an emergency treatment will be given on the spot.  The owners will be contacted for further instructions and if they are not reachable your vet or emergency clinic will be notified.  All of this is covered in our initial meeting. 

At our get acquainted first meeting we will both sign an agreement as to what services will be performed while you are away.  It is simply for clarity and understanding and giving The Dog Buddy the authority to get emergency care if needed.  There is no contract for any specified length of time.

You may cancel a reservation any time up to 12 hours prior to a visit at no charge.
